The fires of Meramon

"man, kuramon, it's good to take a vacation!" he streached out in a beach chair, wearing naught but a pair of black board shorts with a red habiscous design running down the side, kuramon sitting atop his head. he was close to dozing off when his digivice started to activate, a garbled transmission breaking through.

"Digidestined.....help....meramon....destruction....tsunomon egged...."

"What the heck?" dick said, shooting upright. "Did you just hear that?"

Kuramon nodded, his eye filled with concern. Dick stood, looking for his laptop. finding it, he opened it, bringing up a digital gateway. "Going Digital!" his password confirmed, he selected the tsunomon villaige, selected his digital wordrobe, and hit exxecute. five seconds later, he stood holding his laptop in his normal digital clothing, horror playing across his face. the village was burning, thick, black smoke furling upward. "No...."

Kuro crouched next to the bus, peering through the trees. It was Candlemon that had noticed it, not himself. He was too distracted by the Digital World. It felt so real...something he was not used to. Growing up in the slums of Italy he was not used to nature and wilderness. But Candlemon was and he was the one to point out the smoke.

"What?" Kuro muttered, looking up abruptly, immediately dropping the mushroom he was inspecting. "But that's..." He had seen very few fires in his days...but the ones he had seen were terrible. He was even edgy around Candlemon's flame.

"There's a fire!" Candlemon yelled, stating the obvious, "We gotta' do something!" The giant candle started to flap his way toward the smoke.

Kuro though was a little hesitant, he still sat crouched on the ground, not sure whether to get up or not. When Candlemon was out of sight he sighed and stood up and ran after him.

"NO!" he ran through the village in a state of shock, looking around wildly. He ran from house to house, looking for survivors. A family of tsunemon were hudling in the burning hulk of a building, trapped by the flames. Dick darted in, cutting the beams with his red chromed digizoid sword. He scooped them up, sheilding them as he ran out. At the door way, a burning beam fell on his back, pinning him. he threw the tsunemon out, trying to push the beam off. Keramon started to help, but to no avail.

Gon and Luna would like to join this adventure.

Gon:Perhaps we could be of some asisstance?

As Dick and Keramon look up,they see two blurry figures several feet away from them.

Luna,do your stuff!

Luna:Sure thing! Hydro Water!!

Gallons of water materialize and almost flood the small house,extinguishing all the flames.

Gon,Luna and Keramon pick up the beam and help Dick up.

They set Dick and Keramon down whilst they attempt to find the cause of the problem.

Suddenly,a demimeramon faces them.

DemiMeramon:This village has no hope!! It shall be burned to the ground by Meramon-sama!!

Gon:(Viewing Demimeramons data with his digivice)Demimeramon,In-training lvl,DP:100.
This wont be a challenge...Lunamon,he is made of fire,use a water attack to quench his flames!!

Lunamon:Got it!! Hydro Water BlasT!!

- Arg! - Demimeramon jumpes away - So you want to play hard, yea?

GOn:DigiModify!!:Angemon Wings!! Use the height advantage to decrease his doging ability!!

Lunamon:(Flying up into the sky) Cresent Moon Blast!! (the two cresents on Lunamons arms start glowing and shoot downwards at the int-training digimon.

- What? - Demimeramon looks at Lunamon unable to move - It cannot be!

The two cresent come crashing downon the in-training digimon.

Gon:(As DemiMeramon lies on the floor stunned)Ok,now finish the job!

Luna:
Hydro Water Blast!!!

Gons digivice beeps and says "Demimeramon defeated!!"

Gon:Now to find their leader!! He shall pay for deleting the tsunomon!!

good digimon....

Dick slowly swam back into consciousness, groaning. "What happened...?"

Gon:Dick,quick! We have to defeat Meramon!! Luna,Heal his wounds!

Luna:Aqua Healing!![u]

(Dicks wounds are restored)

Just in time - more Demimeramons jump out from nowhere.
- You won`t escape us!

"Keramon!" dick said, springing to his feet and unsheathing his sword.

Keramon turned his head to the DemiMeramon, smiling.
"BUGBLASTER!"

- Whoa!
DemiMeramons jumped in all sides.

///Maybe they would digivolve now into Meramon, what do you think?///

(Well we already mentioned that there was a Meramon terrorising the village somewhere.)

"Great...." dick muttered, looking up at the meramon.
"Digimodify! Shimmering wing activate! take to the skies, keramon!" Keramon flew above the meramon's head, firing multiple bug blasters from his mouth.
