Bio-His digimon were his best friends, till the virus attacked kokomon. With the help of Davis and the others, kokomon was reborn a cured digimon.
Kokomon- he's fun-loving but calm, the exact opposite of his brother. he is also tone deaf.
Terriermon- he is reckless and juvenile.

So - I don`t get it. Does Willis has two partners?
And do you want to play his character or is this just a secondary character?

But I really don't think you should have Willis as your second character. My opinion is that we should pend this until we made more rules on making characters. And everything in general.
